Sunbathing Video..Is it Janet Jackson?

Here's a link to the nude sunbathing video that is purported to be Janet Jackson. There was a nude sunbathing photo released on the internet earlier this year that had a woman in it who looked a lot like Janet Jackson. The background in that photo and in this video are absolutely the same.
