Differences over when to start a family and who would be the primary caregiver as
the basis for the fraud charges. Her lawyer says that during their brief courtship he agreed to start trying for a baby right away since she had a year off and that both of them would be equally responsible for raising their children, but after they were married he told her he wanted to wait two years until his touring obligations were over before starting a family and that she should want to stay home with the kids.
