Senator Allen Shows Them How They Do It Down South

Good ol' boy Senator Allen of Virginia refers to cameraman as 'macaca' which in his neck of the woods means 'monkey'. The cameraman is of Indian decent. What can anyone say but, 'Typical redneck behavior'.
