Welcome Back Fat Ass!
This unfortunate photo is allegedly from Britney Spears' new music video shoot. Since when does Britney have some much back fat? Maybe, after she had lipo, all the the fat relocated to her back. Britney has always been heavier on the bottom, but the combination of the two is not good. She needs to drop at least another 10-15 pounds.
