Delicia Cordon needs to be exposed. She's been in Money Maker (Ludacris), Some Plies Video, Stunnas (Jagged Edge), and some others. Anyways, I have heard that she goes around boasting about how much money she has and she doesn't like broke people. lol. A friend of mine mentioned her myspace page where she "fronts." Anyways, my friend who owns a condo in the place where she previously stayed said she was evicted last month (February). She was served for failure to pay rent. She lived in the condo unit for i think 3-4 months and didn't pay a DIME in rent. It was a 2 bedroom that was about $1400/month. It's said it belonged to a guy that plays in the NFL--he helped her when she was out on her luck because of a break up with another player. She wrote bad checks from a fraudulent bank account, bounced a couple of checks, and arranged money transfers that never happened.
