Lindsay's Lawyer Says She's Ready To Party In Vegas For Her Birthday

After Lindsay Lohan leaves rehab, she'll be jetting off to Las Vegas for her birthday party at Pure nightclub.

"There is a birthday party scheduled that she is contracted to do at Pure. It's scheduled for July 2. That hasn't changed. Nothing has been cancelled as of now," says Lohan's lawyer, Mike Heller.

Geez, even her lawyer is an enabler!! A source says:

I know this lawyer, Mike Heller. We went to school together. He's a party boy - only about 30 years old and very into the scene. Not surprising at all that he would defend this part at Pure. He's not some old serius lawyer-type. This is sad.

Meet Typhoid Andrew!

A globe-trotting Atlanta lawyer with a dangerous strain of tuberculosis was allowed back into the U.S. by a border inspector who disregarded a computer warning to stop him and don protective gear, officials said Thursday. His name is Andrew Speaker and that is his photo above.

Apparently, Andrew found out while in Italy that his TB diagnosis was worse than initially thought and was advised by doctors to turn himself over to Italian medical authorities to keep the illness from spreading. In his own words, Andrew said he felt 'fine' and kept on trucking all over Europe with his new wife leaving his TB cooties everywhere. What a great show of ethics for a lawyer!!

I knew Lana Clarkson

The Phil Spector murder trial is raging on and tidbits about the victim in the case, Lana Clarkson, are emerging:

Through a restaurant I worked at I met lana, who was a regular and we got to be friendly over the years she came in. I would kid her about how she dressed for auditions which she later told me she appreciated because she sometimes felt silly having to dress up like she did. She was the sweetest person I ever met and I absolutely do not think she would kill herself. As hard as it was for her sometimes not working she always was pleasant. Of course I don't know how she dealt with it personally but I just can't see her doing it.

If Slade is so well off, why did he need to take out 2 lines of credit, one on the day of buying the house and the other 1 month later, totalling $234,550? Then, a year later took out a second mortgage for $225,300

Also, when he "bought" the house there is no information re: the sellers. All the other info has the buyer and seller when the property changed hands. Why is there none of that info for Slade? Slade's info only has who the lender is (CountryWide)

Slade is only listed as the "borrower" and not the "buyer" of this house. Now how he can borrow a total of $1,739,850 (initial borrow, 2 lines of credit and a second mortgage) on a house he does not own is beyond me.
