Seems like John McCain is not the maverick he claims to be when it comes to his good, millionaire friends like Donald Diamond. McCain helped Mr. Diamond (Diamond bragged to officials of the area that McCain 'was a good friend'!) buy old military property for $250,000, which he sold for a few years later at $20 million dollars. Here's the whole story:
It goes well beyond the Keating Five By: Steve Benen. When considering John McCain's history of unethical behavior, the list usually starts (and ends) with the Keating Five scandal in the 1980s, for which McCain was rebuked by the Senate Ethics Committee for having shown, at a minimum, poor judgment. In the aftermath, McCain helped improve his public image, and bury the scandal, by becoming an advocate of campaign-finance reform. But the notion that McCain cleaned up his act may not be entirely true. Take, for example, Donald Diamond, a wealthy Arizona real estate developer and generous McCain contributor, who wanted some coastal land in California freed up by an Army base closing. When Mr. Diamond wanted to buy land at the base, Fort Ord, Mr. McCain assigned an aide who set up a meeting at the Pentagon and later stepped in again to help speed up the sale, according to people involved and a deposition Mr. Diamond gave for a related lawsuit. When he appealed to a nearby city for the right to develop other property at the former base, Mr. Diamond submitted Mr. McCain's endorsement as a close personal friend." Writing to officials in the city, Seaside, Calif., the senator said, "You will find him as honorable and committed as I have." Courting local officials and potential partners, Mr. Diamond's team promised that he could "help get through some of the red tape in dealing with the Department of the Army" because Mr. Diamond "has been very active with Senator McCain," a partner said in a deposition. For Mr. McCain, the Arizona Republican who has staked two presidential campaigns on pledges to avoid even the appearance of dispensing an official favor for a donor, Mr. Diamond is the kind of friend who can pose a test. Ya think? The closer one looks at this, the worse it appears. In California, the McCain aide?s assistance with the Army helped Mr. Diamond complete a purchase in 1999 that he soon turned over for a $20 million profit. And Mr. McCain's letter of recommendation reinforced Mr. Diamond's selling point about his McCain connections as he pursued and won in 2005 a potentially much more lucrative deal to develop a resort hotel and luxury housing. In Arizona, Mr. McCain has helped Mr. Diamond with matters as small as forwarding a complaint in a regulatory skirmish over the endangered pygmy owl, and as large as introducing legislation remapping public lands. In 1991 and 1994, Mr. McCain sponsored two laws sought by Mr. Diamond that resulted in providing him millions of dollars and thousands of acres in exchange for adding some of his properties to national parks. The Arizona senator co-sponsored a third similar bill now before the Senate. For the California projects, the campaign said the McCain aide arranged the introduction to an Army official for Mr. Diamond's team as "a constituent matter." Oh, is that what the kids are calling it these days? McCain helped a wealthy and generous donor buy land from the Army complete with special water rights ? for a quarter of a million dollars, which McCain's buddy then sold two years later for $20 million. There's a term for this it's called "influence peddling," and it's exactly the kind of thing McCain swears he never gets involved with.

Inside the Nikki Blonsky Arrest
Nikki Blonsky and her father were arrested in Turks and Caicos for fighting in the departure lounge of the island's airport. The dispute was over 'saved seats'. Nikki was saving 5 seats for her family and Bianca wanted to sit in one. Blonsky and her father fought with former America's Next Top Model Contestant, Bianca Golden and her mother. Nikki fought with Bianca and her Dad beat the crap out of Bianca's mother, so badly that she had to be airflighted to Miami (she is currently in ICU with a head injury). He is still in jail on the island, because the judge did not offer him bail. Nikki and Bianca were both charged with bodily harm and actual assault.

Bianca was involved but Nikki's father beat up Bianca's mother really really badly. So the person who was flown out for medical treatment was the mother. And while they were beating the mother they yelled racial slurs.

But despite all her problems Carol McCain says she still adores he ex-husband
McCain likes to illustrate his moral fibre by referring to his five years as a prisoner-of-war in Vietnam. And to demonstrate his commitment to family values, the 71-year-old former US Navy pilot pays warm tribute to his beautiful blonde wife, Cindy, with whom he has four children.
But there is another Mrs McCain who casts a ghostly shadow over the Senator’s presidential campaign. She is seldom seen and rarely written about, despite being mother to McCain’s three eldest children.
And yet, had events turned out differently, it would be she, rather than Cindy, who would be vying to be First Lady. She is McCain’s first wife, Carol, who was a famous beauty and a successful swimwear model when they married in 1965.
She was the woman McCain dreamed of during his long incarceration and torture in Vietnam’s infamous ‘Hanoi Hilton’ prison and the woman who faithfully stayed at home looking after the children and waiting anxiously for news.
But when McCain returned to America in 1973 to a fanfare of publicity and a handshake from Richard Nixon, he discovered his wife had been disfigured in a terrible car crash three years earlier. Her car had skidded on icy roads into a telegraph pole on Christmas Eve, 1969. Her pelvis and one arm were shattered by the impact and she suffered massive internal injuries.
When Carol was discharged from hospital after six months of life-saving surgery, the prognosis was bleak. In order to save her legs, surgeons
had been forced to cut away huge sections of shattered bone, taking with it her tall, willowy figure. She was confined to a wheelchair and was forced to use a catheter.
Through sheer hard work, Carol learned to walk again. But when John McCain came home from Vietnam, she had gained a lot of weight and bore little resemblance to her old self.
Today, she stands at just 5ft4in and still walks awkwardly, with a pronounced limp. Her body is held together by screws and metal plates and, at 70, her face is worn by wrinkles that speak of decades of silent suffering.
For nearly 30 years, Carol has maintained a dignified silence about the accident, McCain and their divorce. But last week at the bungalow where she now lives at Virginia Beach, a faded seaside resort 200 miles south of Washington, she told The Mail on Sunday how McCain divorced her in 1980 and married Cindy, 18 years his junior and the heir to an Arizona brewing fortune, just one month later.
Carol insists she remains on good terms with her ex-husband, who agreed as part of their divorce settlement to pay her medical costs for life. ‘I have no bitterness,’ she says. ‘My accident is well recorded. I had 23 operations, I am five inches shorter than I used to be and I was in hospital for six months. It was just awful, but it wasn’t the reason for my divorce.
‘My marriage ended because John McCain didn’t want to be 40, he wanted to be 25. You know that happens...it just does.’
Some of McCain’s acquaintances are less forgiving, however. They portray the politician as a self-centred womaniser who effectively abandoned his crippled wife to ‘play the field’. They accuse him of finally settling on Cindy, a former rodeo beauty queen, for financial reasons.
McCain was then earning little more than Ł25,000 a year as a naval officer, while his new father-in-law, Jim Hensley, was a multi-millionaire who had impeccable political connections.
He first met Carol in the Fifties while he was at the US Naval Academy in Annapolis. He was a privileged, but rebellious scion of one of America’s most distinguished military dynasties – his father and grandfather were both admirals.
But setting out to have a good time, the young McCain hung out with a group of young officers who called themselves the ‘Bad Bunch’.
His primary interest was women and his conquests ranged from a knife-wielding floozy nicknamed ‘Marie, the Flame of Florida’ to a tobacco heiress.
Carol fell into his fast-living world by accident. She escaped a poor upbringing in Philadelphia to become a successful model, married an Annapolis classmate of McCain’s and had two children – Douglas and Andrew – before renewing what one acquaintance calls ‘an old flirtation’ with McCain.
It seems clear she was bowled over by McCain’s attention at a time when he was becoming bored with his playboy lifestyle.
‘He was 28 and ready to settle down and he loved Carol’s children,’ recalled another Annapolis graduate, Robert Timberg, who wrote The Nightingale’s Song, a bestselling biography of McCain and four other graduates of the academy.
The couple married and McCain adopted Carol’s sons.
It was in 1969 that Carol went to spend the Christmas holiday – her third without McCain – at her parents’ home. After dinner, she left to drop off some presents at a friend’s house.
It wasn’t until some hours later that she was discovered, alone and in terrible pain, next to the wreckage of her car. She had been hurled through the windscreen.
After her first series of life-saving operations, Carol was told she may never walk again, but when doctors said they would try to get word to McCain about her injuries, she refused, insisting: ‘He’s got enough problems, I don’t want to tell him.’
H. Ross Perot, a billionaire Texas businessman, future presidential candidate and advocate of prisoners of war, paid for her medical care.
When McCain – his hair turned prematurely white and his body reduced to little more than a skeleton – was released in March 1973, he told reporters he was overjoyed to see Carol again.
But friends say privately he was ‘appalled’ by the change in her appearance. At first, though, he was kind, assuring her: ‘I don’t look so good myself. It’s fine.’
He bought her a bungalow near the sea in Florida and another former PoW helped him to build a railing so she could pull herself over the dunes to the water.
‘I thought, of course, we would live happily ever after,’ says Carol. But as a war hero, McCain was moving in ever-more elevated circles.
Through Ross Perot, he met Ronald Reagan, then Governor of California. A sympathetic Nancy Reagan took Carol under her wing.
But already the McCains’ marriage had begun to fray. ‘John started carousing and running around with women,’ said Robert Timberg.
McCain has acknowledged that he had girlfriends during this time, without going into details. Some friends blame his dissatisfaction with Carol, but others give some credence to her theory of a mid-life crisis.
He was also fiercely ambitious, but it was clear he would never become an admiral like his illustrious father and grandfather and his thoughts were turning to politics.
In 1979 – while still married to Carol – he met Cindy at a cocktail party in Hawaii. Over the next six months he pursued her, flying around the country to see her. Then he began to push to end his marriage.
Carol and her children were devastated. ‘It was a complete surprise,’ says Nancy Reynolds, a former Reagan aide.
‘They never displayed any difficulties between themselves. I know the Reagans were quite shocked because they loved and respected both Carol and John.’
Another friend added: ‘Carol didn’t fight him. She felt her infirmity made her an impediment to him. She justified his actions because of all he had gone through. She used to say, “He just wants to make up for lost time.”’
Indeed, to many in their circle the saddest part of the break-up was Carol’s decision to resign herself to losing a man she says she still adores.
Friends confirm she has remained friends with McCain and backed him in all his campaigns. ‘He was very generous to her in the divorce but of course he could afford to be, since he was marrying Cindy,’ one observed.
McCain transferred the Florida beach house to Carol and gave her the right to live in their jointly-owned townhouse in the Washington suburb of Alexandria. He also agreed to pay her alimony and child support.
A former neighbour says she subsequently sold up in Florida and Washington and moved in 2003 to Virginia Beach. He said: ‘My impression was that she found the new place easier to manage as she still has some difficulties walking.’
Meanwhile McCain moved to Arizona with his new bride immediately after their 1980 marriage. There, his new father-in-law gave him a job and introduced him to local businessmen and political powerbrokers who would smooth his passage to Washington via the House of Representatives and Senate.
And yet despite his popularity as a politician, there are those who won’t forget his treatment of his first wife.
Ted Sampley, who fought with US Special Forces in Vietnam and is now a leading campaigner for veterans’ rights, said: ‘I have been following John McCain’s career for nearly 20 years. I know him personally. There is something wrong with this guy and let me tell you what it is – deceit.
‘When he came home and saw that Carol was not the beauty he left behind, he started running around on her almost right away. Everybody around him knew it.
‘Eventually he met Cindy and she was young and beautiful and very wealthy. At that point McCain just dumped Carol for something he thought was better.
‘This is a guy who makes such a big deal about his character. He has no character. He is a fake. If there was any character in that first marriage, it all belonged to Carol.’
One old friend of the McCains said: ‘Carol always insists she is not bitter, but I think that’s a defence mechanism. She also feels deeply in his debt because in return for her agreement to a divorce, he promised to pay for her medical care for the rest of her life.’
Carol remained resolutely loyal as McCain’s political star rose. She says she agreed to talk to The Mail on Sunday only because she wanted to publicise her support for the man who abandoned her.
Indeed, the old Mercedes that she uses to run errands displays both a disabled badge and a sticker encouraging people to vote for her ex-husband. ‘He’s a good guy,’ she assured us. ‘We are still good friends. He is the best man for president.’
But Ross Perot, who paid her medical bills all those years ago, now believes that both Carol McCain and the American people have been taken in by a man who is unusually slick and cruel – even by the standards of modern politics.
‘McCain is the classic opportunist. He’s always reaching for attention and glory,’ he said.
‘After he came home, Carol walked with a limp. So he threw her over for a poster girl with big money from Arizona. And the rest is history.’

Every single name in the article came from the search warrant affidavit obtained by the journalist who was already writing the article for Rolling Stone. It even says this in the article and draws attention to the fact that the FBI didn't hide girls names but did the courtesy for most clients. Ironic they don't care about exposing the supposed "victims." All the information about my sister comes from there as well.
When I became aware of the article that was being written I decided to contribute to have some control. I was able to keep many names and specifics that were in the search warrant affidavit out of the article this way but not as much as I would have liked and at a great sacrifice to myself. As far as the clients mentioned, they are old public stories. Mark Yagalla and his relationship with me, Tishara Cousino and Sandy Bentley was made public by him in Philadelphia magazine years ago. The story of Michael Fanghella and Kelly Jaye has been all over the Internet for years too. These men were crooks. The journalist just dug up old dirt that anyone else could dig up.
Finally Lezley Zen (not safe for work) owns Hollywood Platinum (not safe for work) and someone else owns Tryst Models. I sold them a website template and contacts to start their own business. The last thing in the world that I want is anything to do with this business. Good luck.
Hollywood Platinum and Tryst Models basically feature the same models; the only difference is that they are made from different layouts and colors. In my opinion, they are very likely the same agency.

Lindsay Looked High Today
A reader encounter actress / druggie Lindsay Lohan at a North Hollywood pizza restaurant today and sent in this account:
I saw Linday Lohan at Pitfire Pizza today in North Hollywood. I went in for lunch as usual and as I was walking in saw all of the photographers. I asked the girl at the counter why they were there and she said Lindsay Lohan was inside. I ordered my food and then saw Lindsay. She had two handlers with her, both female and one was seriously rotund. She was just sitting there, no food or drink in front of her and was talking animatedly to the handlers rather loudly. Everyone in the restaurant could hear her say ,'Minimize that.' etc. None of the things she said actually made sense, it all just sounded like a bunch of random sentences. Her handlers just sat there and smiled like she was a four year old they were trying to keep happy. It was totally bizarre. She seemed 'jumpy' and couldn't stop moving. She really got a thrill out of people looking at her.
I sat and waited on my food. I thought it would be fun to take a picture of her with my phone and did so. Then some male parolee type from Cochran prison she had hired as security materialized out of nowhere and barked at me 'No pictures.' Douche bag.
Next, Lindsay, handlers, and ex-prisoner bodyguard moved to an outside table. I have no idea why, because then the paparazzos started shooting photos of her. At the table, she was fidgety and switched seats with one of the handlers. The scuzzy bodyguard just glowered at people like some sort of freak.
Overall, I don't buy the whole 'drug free' Lindsay story. She sounded like she was high on something when she spoke (it was like she was reciting random stream of consciousness poetry) and was 'twitchy' (couldn't stay still). She seriously needs help and I don't mean people who are paid to watch her, but some sort of stable family intervention. Those handlers didn't give a shit about her, they were obviously just babysitters.
Lindsay looks just like her photos in person. Her hair is very blonde and has a 'strawlike' texture. She needs to lay off the bleach. Whomever is employing her now is not doing her any favors. She is obviously an addict.

Inside the 'I Know Who Killed Me' screening
Lindsay Lohan was absent from her 'I Know Who Killed Me' premiere due to her current difficulties (i.e. being arrested for a DUI and cocaine possession). Here are observations from someone who attended the premiere.
I tagged along with a friend of mine to the 'I Know Who Killed Me 'screening at the Academy in Beverly Hills last night. Co stars Neil McDonough and Julia Ormond were in attendance, but the star of the show (Lindsay Lohan) was noticeably absent. As the movie begins, producer Frank Mancuso Jr. gets up and says the requisite "thanks for coming" and "thanks for all your hard work" and then goes there by saying that we've "seen things on this movie we never thought we would see in this town" and that after Lindsay's "most recent problem" they considered not even having this screening.
But like the brave soldiers they are, they refused to be "held hostage by someone else's issues" because it would not be fair to the people who did the majority of the work on this movie.
Also, in the scene where Lindsay gets hit in the face with a shovel-- a scene meant to be terrifying--the audience erupted into laughter. Another not-funny-but-funny moment: when Lilo's stripper character who may or may not be suffering from a split personality is being questioned by cops, she refers to her mother as "a crackwhore, disgusting, pathetic"...ouch Dina! The line was received by riotous laughter.

Mindy McCready in trouble with the police again
The rumors swirl as former country music singer Mindy Mc Cready recovers from yet another brush with the law in Florida. This time, she was arrested in Florida for attacking her mother. So far, her mother has refused to sign the police statement she made regarding Mindy's attack on her.
Rumor has it that last week, Mindy made a suicide attempt using alcohol and pills. Another source claims that two weeks ago, Mindy also attacked her mother. Whatever the real story, Mindy desperately needs help.
One of Mindy's brothers is in jail for a major drug offense. He received four years for selling Ecstacy tabs. When apprehended by police, he had 10,000 with him.

Miss New Jersey, Amy Polumbo, received a second package containing a blackmail threat along with a demand that she relinquish her crown. Her attorney is handling the situation.
I have to say that this situation is working out for her quite well. Her story has made the front page of Yahoo.com twice giving her more publicity than the actual national title holder.
Supposedly, the photos she is being blackmailed with came from her Facebook. Someone who knows Amy has this to say:
I knew her when we were younger. She was a dork then, so I'm imagining this is still the case. Sooo...the "pictures" are probably of her SITTING IN HER DORM DOING NOTHING. This is all for publicity, it's completely obvious. She's probably getting ready to audition for a role and needs to be in the public eye. BORING! Paris Gets More Special Treatment In Jail
Paris is getting more special treatment in jail. Sources say that the Hilton family is more or less exempt from LA County prison visiting rules. One commenter stated:
'The Hilton clan pretty much has free reign at the prison. Is Paris Hilton schizophrenic? An LA inmate who was in the same facility as Paris phoned home with a story about Paris' release claiming that she was let out because she is schizophrenic. Last year, there was a blind item about a celebutante /heiress suffering from a mental illness and her family letting her sometimes bizarre behavior slide by because of it. Could Paris Hilton be batshit crazy? Allegedly, she has been abusing drugs since she was 13; I'm sure that her brain cells are more than fried, which is why her parents have set her up in career than entails little more than looking pretty and having her photo taken. Anything else is likely too intellectually demanding for Paris and her remaining few brain cells.

Paris Released Early
As you may have heard by now, Paris Hilton has been released from jail over two week early due to 'medical conditions'. What condition is she suffering from? It is confidential.
Is the Los Angeles County law enforcement guilty of giving celebrities special treatment? Definitely. Sheriff's spokesperson Steve Whitmore tried to cover up Mel Gibson's racist tirade after he was arrested, Lane Garrison was notimmediately arrested after being caught drunk driving and now Paris has been let go early because she is 'sick'.
Doesn't the jail have a hospital inside? Why couldn't Paris be held there?
If you are from Los Angeles County, start writing letters to local officials to complain. Or send in an email complaint via the Los Angeles Sheriff County Department website.

Is Slade Smiley from the reality show, 'The Real Wives of Orange County', as rich as he tries to appear? I'm not sure, but a source reveals the financial info from his 2002 home purchase in Coto De Caza.
If Slade is so well off, why did he need to take out 2 lines of credit, one on the day of buying the house and the other 1 month later, totalling $234,550? Then, a year later took out a second mortgage for $225,300
Also, when he "bought" the house there is no information re: the sellers. All the other info has the buyer and seller when the property changed hands. Why is there none of that info for Slade? Slade's info only has who the lender is (CountryWide)
Slade is only listed as the "borrower" and not the "buyer" of this house. Now how he can borrow a total of $1,739,850 (initial borrow, 2 lines of credit and a second mortgage) on a house he does not own is beyond me.

A gastric band device is introduced through tiny (1cm) incisions in the abdomen and is placed around the upper part of the stomach. The resulting pouch (or the "new stomach") dramatically reduces the functional capacity of the stomach. The band has a balloon from the inside that is adjustable and can reduce stoma size, thus prolonging the period of fullness.
The operation is performed under general anesthesia and can last between 30 minutes and 1 hour. The Band is fitted around the uppermost part of the stomach, forming a 15cc small pouch. It is designed so that it can be inflated or deflated at any time after the operation. This helps the patient continually lose weight until they reach their goals. The restriction takes place in the radiology suite and normally takes 15 minutes. This simple procedure is painless they inject saline into a port placed under the skin in the wall of the stomach. The tube that comes off of the band leads to the port.
After you have this surgery or any gastric bypass surgery the patient will need Vitamin B12 injections for life. Also, you have restrictions on eating protein…greasy fat meat is prohibited. The eating of fatty protein causes dumping syndrome in most patients.
Most patients need to drink there food to get the vitamins their body needs. Vitamins have a hard time being absorbed into the body after bariatric surgery; therefore the patients must drink and inject vitamins. Pills are not absorbed well and are not highly recommended.
