i know a guy who works on SNL: he said fallon used to be really funny and did incredible impressions, then he just bought into the "SNL hottie" thing and now won't do anything where he doesn't think he'll look "cute". also, spends lots of time in LA, flies in on friday or saturday and learns his stuff right then, which is why he just does weekend update a lot.
